Pastor Wiley came to Victory Hill in March of 2023 with his wife, Rebekah, and four children: Karis, Trey (and wife Olivia), Tyler, and Trysten. He has been in the ministry for 23 years, serving as assistant pastor for 7 years, and senior pastor for 16 years. 

Sandy brings her expertise in administration and finances to Victory Hill. She has worked in many capacities over the years and has recently expanded her responsibilities to include day-to-day office administration and overseeing many aspects of the behind-the-scenes work at Victory Hill. 

As the wife of the Pastor, Rebekah wears many hats, but has a special love for music and administrating the music program at Victory Hill. She also oversees the designs and graphics for online and social media presence as well as the printed materials we use at the church for outreach and programs.
