What are the trip dates?

  • Friday, January 15 – Saturday, January 23, 2027
  • We may depart Thursday evening, January 14, stay overnight in Atlanta, and fly out of ATL on Friday.

Final travel details will be shared once flights are confirmed.

What is the cost?

The estimated cost is $1950 per person (cash or check price. Online payments will include processing fees)
This is an all-inclusive cost, covering:
  • Airfare
  • Lodging
  • Meals
  • Transportation in Panama
  • Ministry-related tourism and activities
  • Tips and fees

Not included:
  • Meal on Thursday evening while traveling to Atlanta
  • Meal on Saturday, January 23 while traveling home
Please note that final costs may adjust slightly based on airfare and other travel expenses.

Payment Schedule

A payment plan is available with the following due dates:
  • April 1 – $200 (refundable)
  • July 1 – $800 (refundable)
  • October 1 – $500 (after this date, all payments become non-refundable)
  • January 1 – $500 (final payment; non-refundable - amount may be adjusted if final costs change)

Are online fees included?

No. Processing fees are added to online payments. Paying by cash or check avoids these fees.

Do I need a passport?

YES! A valid passport is required for international travel. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. So make sure you secure yours now!

How many bags can I bring?

The number of bags you can bring will be determined once we secure the plane tickets. 

What kind of ministry will we be doing?

Specific ministry activities will be determined closer to the trip and will be coordinated with David Diehl and his family. Activities may include service projects, encouragement ministries, outreach opportunities, and other support as needed.

What is the dress code?

Out of respect for Brother Diehl and his ministry, we ask that all ministry related activities follow the dress code listed below:
  • Women - dresses or skirts below the knee (no pants)
  • Men - pants (no shorts)
During free time and sightseeing, we just ask that you dress modestly.

Will there be free time or sightseeing?

Yes. The trip cost includes some tourism and cultural experiences planned in coordination with the missionary and team leaders.
